Administration and Project Standardization

Our roadmap for Administration and Project Standardization currently focuses on creating tools to streamline project setup and create company-wide standards along with enhancements to our data federation capabilities.

Bridge Send to Receiver

Autodesk Construction Cloud users will be able to share Files to any ACC project that has an existing bridged connection.

Template Enhancements

Autodesk Construction Cloud users will have improvements to templates, including maintaining asset categories and form relationships when creating a template and the ability to have visibility into template usage.

Restore Deleted Issues

Autodesk Construction Cloud project administrators will be able to restore previously deleted issues.

Account Admin Improvements

Autodesk Construction Cloud account administrators will be able to enforce the use of Multi-Factor Authentication, rename roles within their account and set product access with the roles in their account.

Document Management

Our roadmap for Document Management currently focuses on delivering more controls and flexibility for the Common Data Environment along with enhancements to the approval flow, models viewing engine, and standards.

Quick Action Mobile Toolbar

Autodesk Construction Cloud users will have improvements to the Markups Toolbar on mobile that improve usability.

Send Reviews Back to Initiator

Project Admins and step key reviewers in Autodesk Docs users will be able to send the review back to the initiator, starting a new round for the review.

Construction Management

Our roadmap for Construction Management currently focuses on building tools that allow users to leverage models in construction, increase customization and control in cost and project management workflows including RFIs, Submittals and Correspondence and improve onsite scheduling.

Submittal Filter Improvements

Autodesk Build users will be able to filter submittal items by their submittal package.

RFI Usability Enhancements

Autodesk Build users will have usability enhancements including showing the name of members who have since left the project and the ability to filter by RFI types.

Correspondence Enhancements

Autodesk Build users will have a number of releases that improve correspondence visibility and organization. Autodesk Build users will be able to send correspondence to multiple people at once by sending correspondence to specific companies or roles, create custom types for their project correspondence, and save Correspondence attachments to Files.

Room Tracking on Drawings

Autodesk Build users will be able to create rooms as assets by extracting locations from Revit, and import all the room schedule information in order to visually track room statuses on 2D drawings.

Cashflow Forecasting Collaborative Workflow

Autodesk Build, Cost Management users will be able to invite Suppliers into the system to create/update the distribution of Forecast final costs throughout the project.

Cost Management Customizability Enhancements

Autodesk Build users will have even more flexibility when using Cost Management. Users will have the option to adjust Schedule of Values sub-items after a contract is executed, the ability to create advance payments in payment applications, and new cashflow redistribution options and automated forecast adjustments.

BIM/VDC

Our roadmap for BIM and VDC currently focuses on bringing model qualification and conditioning to the unified platform and creating interconnected BIM solutions that provide easy access and value to stakeholders.

Object Exclusion

Teams using Autodesk BIM Collaborate/Pro will be able to select specific properties to be excluded from clash detection to remove unnecessary noise from their clash results.

Correspondence Enhancements

Autodesk BIM Collaborate/Pro users will have a number of releases that improve correspondence visibility and organization. Autodesk Build users will be able to send correspondence to multiple people at once by sending correspondence to specific companies or roles, create custom types for their project correspondence.

Hyperlink support in Assemble properties

When a URL is detected in a text field within Assemble properties, Assemble will automatically create a hyperlink, making it easier to connect directly to relevant files and websites.

Preconstruction

Our roadmap for Preconstruction currently focuses on delivering a connected and powerful preconstruction experience for bidding, risk management, quantity takeoff, and estimating to empower contractors to quickly, predictably, and confidently win more of the right work.

Autodesk Takeoff users will be able to add unit cost to takeoff types for both their 2D and 3D takeoffs.

Copy/Paste between Takeoff Packages

Autodesk Takeoff users will be able to copy and paste takeoffs from one package to another to save time.

BuildingConnected APIs

BuildingConnected Pro and Bid Board Pro users will have new, write APIs in addition to the new TradeTapp API on Autodesk Platform Services.

TradeTapp Enhancements

TradeTapp users will be able to leverage centralized tags, assign primary contacts for each vendor, and set permissions for request for corrections.

Data and Intelligence

Our roadmap for Data and Intelligence currently focuses on creating in-product customizable reports, dashboards and additional features to help companies get actionable insights from their data.
